Christas B&B is a beautiful guest house situated on a sugarcane farm, in the uMshwati district between Wartburg and Dalton, a German community, just a 20 minute drive from Pietermaritzburg.

Our family run Bed and Breakfast has 7 beautifully appointed cottages, with kitchenettes in units 4, 6 & 7 and if you are looking for a quiet homely atmosphere, this is definitely the place for you. In addition to this peaceful and tranquil atmosphere we also provide dinner and lunch on request. Our foods are homemade from our own home grown produce (strawberries, asparagus, oranges, guavas, figs) Wir sprechen Deutsch.
Our Location
Christas B&B is situated between Wartburg and Dalton in the Kwa-Zulu Natal Midlands, an area dominated by rivers, lakes, dams and waterfalls. Here the landscape is blessed with green pastures, hills and forests, whilst the northern reaches of the Midlands are dominated by the foothills and mountains of the Drakensberg – making this truly a Garden of Eden waiting for you to explore.
